Security Policy for Client Portal Access

Seal Collision Consulting (“SCC”) takes the security of your case information seriously and uses multiple safeguards to protect your data.

To access your case portal, you must enter your case number and your authorized email address. You will then be required to complete a secure login using a one-time code sent to your email. These codes expire quickly and can only be used once.

After you log in, you are given secure, time-limited access to your case files. In some cases, your device may be remembered for a limited period to make future access easier.

Your files are stored using secure cloud services, including Google Drive and, when needed, Microsoft OneDrive. SCC relies on the built-in security protections of these providers, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your files is only granted after successful login.

For some cases, secure file access links may be used. These links are time-limited and automatically refreshed when needed to help maintain security.

SCC keeps a record of important system activity, such as login attempts, successful access, file uploads, file activity notifications, and certain administrative actions. These records help maintain security and allow SCC to troubleshoot issues if needed.

Access to your case can be removed at any time. When your case is closed, your access is revoked and your files are archived. For Google-based cases, a secure ZIP archive is created and verified. For OneDrive-based cases, files are archived without compression.
