Security Policy for Client Portals
Seal Collision Consulting (“SCC”) protects client data using access controls, encryption, and auditable download links. Access to client materials requires verification of both case number and client email. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required and may be fulfilled by one of two methods: email code (default) or an Authenticator app (TOTP). 2FA codes are single-use and time-limited. SCC logs portal events, including successful verifications and file downloads, and may review these logs for security and support purposes. Shared links to deliverables are signed, time-limited, and recorded when accessed. Clients should safeguard their email and not forward portal links. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact SCC immediately at [email protected]. SCC stores case files within Google Drive. Access is revoked, and a final ZIP archive is created when a case is closed. SCC retains archives for legal and operational purposes consistent with our retention policy.
